- Fresh Salmon
- 1/4 cup Pisco or Tequila
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 limes (juice)
- Cilantro – chopped
- 1/2 Red/yellow/orange peppers
- salt & pepper
Place salmon on foil and season with salt and pepper. Mix pisco, honey and lime juice and pour on salmon. Add the peppers and fold up salmon in foil. Place on BBQ for 15-20 min or oven at 450 for 15 min.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
