Pebre Hot Sauce

This hot sauce called Pebre comes from Chile. My husband introduced this to me and it’s become a staple in our home. We put it on pasta, soups, meats, eggs, well…basically everything!!


  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 tomatos grated
  • 4 tbsp garlic sriracha
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Add cilantro and green onions to food processor and chop. Add this to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. With this recipe you can alternate it to satisfy your tastebuds. If you want it more spicy, then add more sriracha.
