Tomorrow will officially mark the first day of Spring. The days are getting a bit longer, you can feel the warmth of the sun, the trees have little buds and the lady bugs are marking their presence.
Mother nature is getting ready for the coming months. Are you? 2016 is a big year for change and transition. Now is the time to Spring clean. Not just literally, but physically and mentally. Now is the time to get out with the old and on with the new.
You may feel sensitive, irritated, lost, not sleeping well and stressed. Maybe you are asking for guidance and signs, why me? when am I going to get a break? First you must let go of what does not serve you, before you can receive.
My tip for you is to write down all the things that you want to let go of. It could be feelings, people, items, anything. Write them down and then burn that piece of paper. Let it go and visualize it leaving and never coming back. Now, write down all the things you want in your life. A new job, relationship, good health, love, happiness, etc. Now visualize already having everything on that list. Feel it, want it and know that it will happen. This is very important. Do this every month and you will see and feel change.
Another key component to this Spring cleaning is to be positive and surround yourself with positive people. Keeping your circle positive during this time is so important!! Keeping your physical body is important too. Eat clean, get your daily exercise and take time out for yourself. Take a walk in the park, do a yoga class and quiet the mind to a meditation. Remember living in the past does not do anything for you, and neither does living in the future. Live in the moment, for today. Life is just too short my friend.
